Can be purchased by players who have adopted a swimming webkinz. Later treetop room exclusive furniture will be released since the newspaper warned. The treetop room holds most outdoor funiture.

It cost the same as an outdoor room 1000 kinzcash. That mystery has been solved thanks to copious and jellybean1573 who have provided us with pictures of the brand new treetop room added to webkinz world. It has clouds for doors and if one of your first ten pets is a bird you get it for free. If one of your first ten pets adopted on your account is a flying pet you automatically get a treetop room instead of the usual medium sized room.

New activations of birds if it is one of your first 10 webkinz. All players in webkinz world automatically get a medium sized for each of their first ten adoptions. The treetop room is a room for members who have birds other than the duck and penguin just like underwater rooms. It appears that you must have a bird in your webkinz account to be able to select this room option when buying a new room.
